Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art, played to music, that is steeped in culture and history. 

             In Brazil the children start to learn capoeira from 3 years of age; they learn rhythm, agility, flexibility, strength, and self-expression. 

Capoeira affords them the opportunity of learning about another culture (language, traditions, music and instruments) whilst having fun and gaining confidence. 

             We are in the process of setting up a weekend class for children, places will be limited to 15 between two teachers (both will be CRB checked).
